What we do

Four ways to book the studio

Every booking is quoted for your date, your party size and how far the venue sits from the studio. Nothing below is a package you have to grow into — start with what you actually need.

01

Bridal day makeup

A long-wearing base built on prepped, hydrated skin, finished so it holds through humidity, tears and a full evening of portraits.

  • Skin prep and priming
  • Individual or strip lashes
  • Touch-up kit in your shade
02

The trial

An unhurried studio session where we map the look against your dress, your venue light and the photographs you have been saving.

  • Two looks side by side
  • Notes and shade list to keep
  • Booked ahead of the date
03

Hair & makeup pairing

Makeup scheduled alongside a hair stylist we work with often, so veils, combs and pins go in without anyone rushing the finish.

  • Shared morning schedule
  • Veil and accessory fitting
  • One point of contact
04

Bridal party & guests

Mothers, sisters, bridesmaids and guests, kept in the same warm palette so the group portraits sit together on camera.

  • Timed slots per person
  • Coordinated colour story
  • Second artist for larger parties
How it works

Three steps, no guesswork

Most brides write in long before they have a schedule, a dress or a firm idea of the look. That is the right time — here is what happens next.

Step one

Enquire

Send your date, venue and rough getting-ready time. You will hear back with availability, a quote for your party and a hold on the date while you decide.

Step two

Trial

We meet in the studio and work through texture, colour and longevity together. You leave with photographs in daylight and a written shade list.

Step three

Wedding morning

The kit arrives set up and to schedule. Makeup runs in the order your photographer needs, and the touch-up kit goes with whoever is carrying your bag.

The artist

Hello — I’m Marin, and I keep the morning calm.

I trained in editorial makeup and moved to weddings because I liked the pace of a getting-ready room: slow at the start, precise at the end, and full of people who matter to you.

My work leans quiet. Skin that still reads as skin, a lash line rather than a lash bar, and colour chosen for the light you will actually stand in. If you want something bolder, say so at the trial — I would rather build it with you than talk you out of it.

Skin first Every booking starts with prep — cleanse, hydrate, wait. It is the reason the base still sits well eight hours later.
Photographed, not just seen Products are tested against flash and low light so nothing flashes back white in the group portraits.
One wedding a day The studio takes a single date at a time, so the schedule can stretch when the morning needs it to.

Questions brides ask first

If yours is not here, put it in the enquiry form and it will be answered properly rather than briefly.

How far ahead should I book?

Most brides book somewhere between six and twelve months out, mainly because the studio only takes one wedding a day. If your date is closer than that, still write in — cancellations and mid-week dates open up more often than you would think.

Do you travel to the venue?

Yes. On-location mornings are the norm, whether that is a hotel suite, a family home or a getting-ready room at the venue. Travel is quoted with your date so there is nothing to work out later.

Is a trial really necessary?

It is not compulsory, but it is where the useful conversation happens — how your skin behaves, how much coverage you are comfortable with, and whether the look you saved still feels like you in person. Brides who skip it usually book one closer to the date anyway.

What if my skin is sensitive or reactive?

Tell me at the enquiry stage. The kit carries fragrance-free and mineral options, brushes are sanitised between every face, and we can patch test at the trial so nothing is a surprise on the morning.

How long does the morning take?

Allow around ninety minutes for the bride and roughly forty-five for each additional person. The schedule is built backwards from the time your photographer wants you in the dress, with a buffer that usually goes unused.

Can we add people after booking?

Usually, as long as there is room in the morning schedule. Larger parties are covered by bringing in a second artist who works from the same palette, so the group still looks consistent.

Tell me about your date

A few details are enough to check availability and send you a proper quote. No deposit is taken at this stage.

  • A reply within two working days, including whether your date is open
  • A quote covering the bride, the party and travel to the venue
  • A short hold on the date while you talk it over

Your details are used only to answer this enquiry. Trials are booked once a date is confirmed.
